The Space

Mornings here begin with a short stroll to Double Six Beach, where the sound of the waves and warm Bali air set the pace for the day. After exploring Seminyak’s cafes, restaurants, and nearby shops, you can return to the villa for a swim in the private outdoor pool or relax on the patio surrounded by garden views. Evenings are easy and comfortable with folding glass doors opening the living area to the breeze while air conditioning keeps the indoor spaces cool.

Living spaces

This entire private villa is designed for groups and longer stays, offering 4 huge bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. Every bedroom includes AC, TV, clothing storage, room-darkening shades, and essentials for a comfortable stay. The open and closed living room gives you the flexibility to enjoy indoor comfort or an open-air atmosphere throughout the day.

The villa also includes Fast wifi - 76 Mbps, making it easy to stream, join video calls, or work remotely from the dedicated workspace with a door for added privacy. Books, board games, and Netflix on the big TV provide relaxed entertainment after a day at the beach.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen gives you space to prepare meals at home with a dining table for shared breakfasts or late dinners after exploring Seminyak. You’ll also find a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice maker, and cooking basics available during your stay. A grocery store is only a 1-minute walk away, while nearby supermarkets including Bintang Supermarket Seminyak and Frestive Supermarket Seminyak make longer stays convenient.

The entire property will be just yours. :-)

The entry is the first residential small road from the beach in a nice and quite gang. We have a car parking space for 1 car.

Interaction with Guests

We will be there greeting you personally and we will be always available if you need anything or have any questions. We also have a super easy self-check in process, just in case you are planing to arrive after midnight or we haven't been able to contact you or your arrival time is unpredictable. We will ask you to confirm your phone number so we can create a group chat where all our relevant team member will be at your service 24 hours every day.

Getting Around

The villa is located in the heart of Seminyak within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and the famous Legian street.

Convenient to walk around the villa but in general better to have motorcycle, car or personal driver if you would like to visit tourist sights.

Bali has no public transportation. I recommend you to drive a motorcycle/scooter or rent a car with or without a driver. We have a parking lot for car and scooters as well.

Other Things to Note

Please note that parties and events are not allowed, we respect our neighbors and I would like to ask you to do the same. :-) Be quiet and keep the volume down between 10pm-10am.

Bali has an active nature, please note that mosquitos, insects and lizards are common in Bali and there is nothing to do against it.

We have a super easy self check-in process so you can come anytime even after midnight. We are always available if you need anything or have any questions. We try our best to make the most out of your stay with daily cleaning, special offers and recommendations, 7/24 availability.

The pool size is 4*4 meters.

The air mattress is an additional bed for reservations over 8 pax. If you book for more than 8 pax we automatically provide the air mattress as extra bed, if you book for 8 pax or less the extra mattress has an additional fee.
