We will be there greeting you personally and we will be always available if you need anything or have any questions. We also have a super easy self-check in process, just in case you are planing to arrive after midnight or we haven't been able to contact you or your arrival time is unpredictable. We will ask you to confirm your phone number so we can create a group chat where all our relevant team member will be at your service 24 hours every day.
The Neighborhood
The villa is in a nice gated community with 24/7 security. Restaurants and shops are just 8-10 minutes walk. It is absolutely private, nobody can see or go inside the property.
Getting Around
The villa is located in the heart of Seminyak within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and the famous Legian street.
Convenient to walk around the villa but in general better to have motorcycle, car or personal driver if you would like to visit tourist sights.
Bali has no public transportation. I recommend you to drive a motorcycle/scooter or rent a car with or without a driver. We have a parking lot for car and scooters as well.
Other Things to Note
Please be aware that construction is ongoing behind the villa, which is reflected in our reduced prices. Please do not be surprised by this upon arrival. We are unable to offer refunds for inconvenience caused by construction noise. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by maintaining quiet, especially between 10 PM and 10 AM. Bali's natural environment includes open-air villas, and it's common to encounter mosquitos, insects, and lizards. We offer a convenient self check-in process, allowing arrivals at any time, even after midnight. We are available 24/7 for assistance, questions and recommendations to enhance your stay. An air mattress is provided as an extra bed for reservations exceeding 4 guests. It's automatically included for groups larger than 4, and available for an additional fee for groups of 4 or less. The term "extra bed" refers to the air mattress.

- •NO party and events!
- •No smoking inside the bedrooms! Smoke only at the open air areas like living room, pool deck.
- •No outside guests can stay overnight. Only guests marked in the booking can sleep in the villa.
- •Durian fruit is not allowed in the villa
- •Do not use the pool with sunscreen and body oil, as it causes problems with the water and is very difficult to clean.
- •Please be quiet after 10pm
- •Please double check your guest number of the booking. We will not allow you to exceed your booked guest number.
- •We provide new towels every 3 days and changing the linen once a week. We are more than happy to provide additional towels or more frequent changes of linens for an additional laundry charge.
- •We have many AC in the villa. Please protect the nature and turn off the AC when you are not in the villa. Thank you!
