We will be there greeting you personally and we will be always available if you need anything or have any questions. We also have a super easy self-check in process, just in case you are planing to arrive after midnight or we haven't been able to contact you or your arrival time is unpredictable. We will ask you to confirm your phone number so we can create a group chat where all our relevant team member will be at your service 24 hours every day.
Other Things to Note
Please note that parties and events are not allowed, we respect our neighbours and I would like to ask you to do the same. :-) Be quiet and keep the volume down between 10pm-10am.
Bali has an active nature, please note that mosquitos, insects and lizards are common in Bali and there is nothing to do against it.

- •NO party and events!
- •No smoking inside the villa! Smoke only at the open air areas.
- •No outside guests can stay overnight. Only guests marked in the booking can sleep in the villa.
- •Durian fruit is not allowed in the villa
- •Do not use the pool with sunscreen and body oil, as it causes problems with the water and is very difficult to clean.
- •Please be quiet after 10pm
- •Please double check your guest number of the booking. We will not allow you to exceed your booked guest number.
- •We provide new towels every 3 days and changing the linen once a week. We are more than happy to provide additional towels or more frequent changes of linens for an additional laundry charge.
- •We have many AC in the villa. Please protect the nature and turn off the AC when you are not in the villa. Thank you!
