Guest Access
You will have full private access to the entire villa including your private pool, bedroom, kitchen, living room, terrace, and parking area without sharing with other guests.

The villa is easily accessible by scooter and car, and our team will personally welcome you upon arrival to ensure a smooth and comfortable check-in experience.

We remain available throughout your stay if you need anything. Our 24/7 Reservations Team is always ready to assist with recommendations, transportation, check-in support, questions, or special requests to help make your stay smooth and stress-free.

We can also help arrange floating breakfast, flower bath decoration, in-villa massage, scooter rental, airport transfers, private drivers, tours, and many other tropical Bali experiences to make your stay even more memorable.

Getting around Bali is easiest by scooter or private driver, and both options can be arranged easily by our team.

Parking is available on-site for scooters and cars.

Please note that Bali traffic can become busy during peak hours, especially around Seminyak and Canggu areas, so we recommend allowing extra travel time when planning your day.

Other Things to Note
• Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and checkout must be completed before 11:00 AM.
• No parties, events, loud gatherings, or unregistered guests are allowed.
• Fireworks are not permitted within a 200-meter radius of the property.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, out of respect for our neighbors and in accordance with local community regulations. Please keep music, voices, and all other noise to a minimum during these hours.
• Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Outside visitors may not stay overnight, and the property’s maximum occupancy may not be exceeded.
• Please ensure that your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. We cannot accommodate more guests than the number registered and included in the booking.
• Commercial photography and filming are not permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all bedrooms and enclosed indoor areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated open-air areas, such as the open living area, terrace, or pool deck.
• Durian fruit is not permitted anywhere inside the property.
• Please do not enter the swimming pool while wearing sunscreen or body oil, as these products affect the pool’s water quality and are extremely difficult to remove.
• Please help us protect the environment by switching off all air-conditioning units whenever you leave the property.
• Pets are permitted only at properties specifically advertised as pet-friendly.
• Daily housekeeping is included. However, exact cleaning times may vary depending on operational schedules.
• Fresh towels are provided every three days, and bed linen is changed once per week. Additional towels or more frequent linen changes can be arranged for an additional laundry fee.
• Self-check-in may be required for late-night arrivals. Our simple self-check-in process allows guests to arrive at any time, including after midnight.
• Our team is available 24/7 if you need assistance, have questions, or would like local recommendations. We can also assist with additional services during your stay.
• Bali has a tropical island environment. Mosquitoes, insects, geckos, ants, small lizards, and other tropical animals are common and considered a normal part of this environment.
• Regular pest control, cleaning, and maintenance are carried out. However, occasional insects, outdoor leaves, humidity, tropical weather conditions, and other natural elements may still occur.
• The pool is serviced regularly. However, small amounts of natural debris may occasionally appear due to the weather and surrounding tropical environment.
• Internet and electricity interruptions may occasionally occur in Bali due to local service providers and are outside our control.
• Construction activity may occasionally occur in Bali and neighboring areas as the island continues to develop.
• Like most private villas in Bali, the property uses its own private water-well system rather than a large, centralized city water supply. Water pressure may therefore feel lower than in some hotels or apartments connected to major urban water systems. This is normal for villa accommodations in Bali, as centralized PDAM water infrastructure is available only in certain areas of the island.
• By booking, you acknowledge that you are staying in a tropical private-villa environment rather than a sealed hotel building. Therefore, insects, geckos, and small lizards may occasionally be present.
• Pool safety: The swimming pool does not have a gate or lock.
• Security cameras: Exterior security cameras monitor only the disclosed outdoor areas, such as the main entrance, parking area, corridor, or access alley. There are no cameras in private indoor areas.

• A high-quality inflatable air mattress is provided as an extra bed for reservations exceeding [X] guests.
