Bali has an active nature and all the villas are open air. Please note that mosquitos, insects and lizards are common in Bali and there is nothing to do against it.
We have a super easy self check-in process so you can come anytime even after midnight. We are always available if you need anything or have any questions. We try our best to make the most out of your stay with daily cleaning, special offers and recommendations, 7/24 availability.

•Welcome! We hope you have a wonderful stay. To help us keep the villa in excellent condition for all guests and maintain a good relationship with our neighbors, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules: * No parties or events. * Please be quiet between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Kindly keep music and noise to a minimum during these hours. * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all bedrooms. If you wish to smoke, please use only the designated open-air areas, such as the living area, terrace, or pool deck. * Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. We cannot allow more guests than the number included in the booking. * No outside visitors may stay overnight. * Durian fruit is not allowed anywhere inside the villa. * Please do not enter the swimming pool while wearing sunscreen or body oil, as these products affect the pool water quality and are extremely difficult to remove. * Please help us protect the environment by turning off the air conditioning whenever you leave the villa. There are multiple AC units throughout the property, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated. * Housekeeping includes fresh towels every 3 days and bed linen changes once per week. If you would like additional towels or more frequent linen changes, we are happy to arrange this for an additional laundry fee. Good to Know * Bali is a tropical island with abundant nature. It is normal to occasionally see mosquitoes, insects, geckos, or small lizards around the property despite regular pest control. * We offer a simple self check-in process, so you are welcome to arrive at any time, even after midnight. * Our team is available 24/7 should you need any assistance, have questions, or would like local recommendations. We also provide daily housekeeping and can assist with additional services during your stay. * Extra bed information: Our standard extra bed is a high-quality inflatable mattress. Whenever we refer to an “extra bed” or “additional bed” during our communication, we are referring to this inflatable mattress unless we specifically state otherwise.
