The Space

Picture yourself floating in your own private pool, the air thick with the scent of jungle foliage, a river murmuring somewhere beyond the tree line. Unit 9 is a three-bedroom villa that keeps you cocooned in lush greenery while placing you just minutes from the cafes, surf beaches, and beach clubs of Canggu and Pererenan. Privacy is built in - from the separate street entrance to the pool that runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
 
Living space
Step inside to a bright tropical living area where ceiling fans and air conditioning keep things comfortable regardless of the heat outside. The dedicated workspace means longer stays are entirely workable, and the fast WiFi backs that up throughout the entire property. A dining table seats the group, and outdoor furniture on the patio invites you to linger over meals long after the plates are cleared.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests. Two bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto a private balcony with a bathtub - an invitation to soak under the open sky. The third bedroom is served by a separate bathroom. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and in-room safes take care of the practicalities.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, rice maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and coffee maker. Cooking basics - oil, salt and pepper - are already stocked, and the dishes, bowls, plates, cups, and wine glasses are all on hand. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ grill extend the dining experience into the open air whenever you prefer to cook with jungle views for company.
 
Outdoor & rooftop
The private pool is the centerpiece - open all year, around the clock. A generous backyard and outdoor furniture give the villa room to breathe, while the rooftop terrace frames the surrounding jungle in every direction. Parking is available on the premises, and luggage drop-off is permitted for guests arriving early or departing late.
 
Location
Set in Mengwi with peaceful jungle surroundings and a river nearby, the villa is just minutes from Canggu and Pererenan - two of Bali's most sought-after neighborhoods for cafes, restaurants, beach clubs, and surf. Self check-in via lockbox means arrivals happen on your schedule. Daily housekeeping runs from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Smoking is permitted. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcomed.

Please note that parties and events are not allowed, we respect our neighbors and I would like to ask you to do the same. :-) Be quiet and keep the volume down between 10pm-10am.
Bali has an active nature and all the villas are open air. Please note that mosquitos, insects and lizards are common in Bali and there is nothing to do against it.
We have a super easy self check-in process so you can come anytime even after midnight. We are always available if you need anything or have any questions. We try our best to make the most out of your stay with daily cleaning, special offers and recommendations, 7/24 availability.
